- “Jason helped us out of a really difficult situation when the Appliance Services company we had hired to fix or replace our oven kept letting us down and making mistakes. Jason came on the Saturday of Queen’s Birthday to help us get an oven in for our tenants over the long weekend. He went totally above and beyond to help us out and was super easy to deal with. His communication is excellent and he is very personable. He had great initiative and gave ideas prior to the install day to help make things happen faster and more efficiently. He had high regard for safety and respected the areas he was working in, for example replacing the lawn in such a way you wouldn’t even know he’d been there. He worked swiftly and conscientiously and talked us through everything as he was doing it. Afterwards his explanation of how the system works was really easy to understand and he really took the time to ensure everyone understood what he’d done and how it would work in the future.
