Fixed Pricing:

We offer fixed pricing for many of our services, which you can view below.

Sometimes extra materials are required or there are compliance issues with an existing installation so the cost may vary from below.

Minimum Hourly Charge: $172.50 (including GST)

Our minimum charge is made up of two components: the vehicle charge and the minimum hour labour/time charge.

Vehicle Charge: This helps covers the costs of Road User Charges (RUC), fuel, registration, WOF (Warrant of Fitness), insurance, servicing, and other vehicle related expenses.

Labour/time Charge: The minimum charge covers the first hour of labour/time. After the first hour, you will be billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $27.30 per increment.

Please Note: This minimum hourly charge does not include the cost of parts or materials, which will be charged separately as required.

Minimum Charge & Site Conditions Policy

A minimum service charge applies to all site visits, even if we are unable to carry out the work, due to factors outside our control, such as:

Compliance or safety issues with existing gas installations

No gas supply

Unsafe or inaccessible

Installation work not meeting current regulations

In these cases, we’ll document the issues and include them on your invoice for clarity and provide a cost to correct them. This charge covers our time, expertise, travel, and compliance checks.

Where relevant, we recommend sending through photos of your gas bottle setup or installation in advance , this can help us identify any obvious potential issues early and avoid unnecessary delays or charges.

Gas Hob/Cooktop Replacement $385.00 This is for a straight swap over and does not include any parts/materials or electrical costs should you require an electrician ( we do have an electrician we can recommend). Includes Gas Certificate.
Freestanding Gas Cooker Replacement $488.75 This is for a straight swap over and does not include electrical costs should you require an electrician ( we do have an electrician we can recommend). New hose provided, Includes Gas Certificate.
New Installation of Gas Hob/Cooktop $672.75 This is for those changing from electric to gas. Does not include any electrical costs should you require an electrician ( we do have an electrician we can recommend) Includes Gas Certificate, 2 meters of pipe ( in most cases is enough), the regulator/testpoint.
New Installation of Freestanding Cooker $787.75 This is for those changing from electric to gas. Does not include any electrical costs should you require an electrician ( we do have an electrician we can recommend). Includes Gas Certificate, 2 meters of pipe ( in most cases is enough ), the regulator/testpoint and cooker hose.
