Outstanding service from Jason and Megan at JVS Gasfitting. Megan was fantastic from my first enquiry—friendly, responsive and extremely helpful in arranging the appointment and explaining the costs clearly.

Jason was punctual, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. His specialist knowledge of the older Real Fires units was immediately noticeable. He carefully serviced our fireplaces, explained how they operate and showed me how to use them more effectively to achieve the best possible efficiency.

Jason was thorough, safety-conscious and happy to answer all my questions in an easy-to-understand way. He also left the fireplaces and surrounding areas spotless.
